QuickBooks Online sync
OAuth-secured connection to QuickBooks. Pulls bills, vendors, and bank accounts on demand — your accounting data stays in QuickBooks where it belongs.
EFT Payment Console pulls scheduled bill payments and customer pre-authorized debits from QuickBooks Online and writes a bank-ready EFT file. No more manual entries. No more rejected files.
Most Canadian small and mid-sized businesses still move money by retyping every vendor payment — and every customer pre-authorized debit — into their bank's online cash-management tool, copying transit, institution, and account numbers from spreadsheets or QuickBooks one record at a time.
A single typo bounces the file. Your bank charges $25 per rejection, your vendor calls about a missing payment, and your AP clerk spends Friday afternoon reconciling instead of going home.
OAuth-secured connection to QuickBooks. Pulls bills, vendors, and bank accounts on demand — your accounting data stays in QuickBooks where it belongs.
Generate credit files to pay vendors and debit files to pull pre-authorized customer payments — all from the same QuickBooks data.
Full EN-CA / FR-CA UI, transactional emails, and legal acceptance flows — auto-detected from each visitor's browser language and overridable per user from profile settings, so each teammate works in the language they prefer. PIPEDA-aware data handling, CASL-compliant marketing consent, and a downloadable compliance export per workspace. Operator-editable legal documents — Privacy, EULA, Accessibility, Support, Retention, and Customer EFT Disclosure — ship with EN-CA and FR-CA defaults.
Strong envelope encryption for vendor / customer banking, QuickBooks tokens, and stored EFT files, with operator-driven key rotation. Sensitive fields never sit in plain text on disk, and a continuous rotation monitor surfaces drift before it matters.
Each teammate arranges their own dashboard — money moved, upcoming runs, vendor coverage, file history, plan usage. Layouts persist per user across devices, with audit-ready file history one click away.
The supported EFT format catalogue is configurable per environment, so new bank layouts can be added without a redeploy — including default destination data centres and transaction codes. Behind the scenes a watchdog refreshes QuickBooks tokens before they expire, reconciles Stripe subscriptions, syncs Resend bounce and complaint events, monitors email-delivery health, nudges users on outstanding legal-doc acceptance, and sweeps expired invites and orphaned Stripe customers. Multi-tenant workspaces with strict isolation, plus self-serve Free, Starter, Pro, and Business tiers via Stripe.
The classic fixed-width Canadian EFT layouts your bank already accepts — both vendor credits and customer pre-authorized debits, byte-perfect against accepted production files.
Structured XML payment-initiation messages for banks that have moved to the modern international standard. Vendor (credit) payments today; confirm acceptance with your bank before switching production traffic.
New layouts can be enabled per environment without a redeploy, so adding a bank — or a layout variant — never requires a release.
One-click OAuth connection. We pull your bills, vendors, and bank accounts on demand — never on a schedule, never without your action.
Choose the originating bank account and one or more payment dates. We show every QuickBooks bill payment — or customer pre-authorized debit — scheduled against that bank for the days you select, ready to merge into a single file.
Click Generate. Download the bank-formatted file. Upload it to your bank's cash-management portal. Done.
All prices in CAD. Annual billing available.
No. We only read bills, vendors, and bank accounts — vendor banking info is stored alongside the QuickBooks vendor as a managed note so your accounting data stays the source of truth. If you disconnect QuickBooks from inside the console, we delete the stored OAuth tokens and clear any connection errors immediately, so the app can no longer read or write to your QuickBooks company. The vendor banking notes attached to your QuickBooks vendors remain in QuickBooks (since that's where they live), and your workspace, members, file history, and audit log stay intact in the console until you choose to delete them.
Most Canadian banks. We generate the standard fixed-width Canadian EFT layouts that virtually every bank accepts, plus bank-specific variants where required, plus a modern ISO-style XML option for banks that have moved to the international standard. Confirm the exact layout with your bank before switching production traffic.
QuickBooks Bill Pay is US-only. EFT Payment Console is built for Canadian banks and Canadian payment formats — and you remain in control of when files are generated and uploaded.
Yes. The Free plan supports a real QuickBooks connection and up to 0 EFT runs per month — enough to validate the workflow with your actual bills and enter all your vendors banking information. If testing is required, please contact support to increase EFT temporarily.
Sensitive fields — vendor and customer transit / institution / account numbers, QuickBooks OAuth tokens, and the body of every generated EFT file — are encrypted at rest with strong envelope encryption, with operator-driven key rotation and a continuous rotation monitor. We never store your bank login credentials — only the originator metadata your bank assigned to you.
Yes. The console, system emails, and legal acceptance flows are fully bilingual (EN-CA / FR-CA). Marketing consent is recorded per recipient with an audit trail, and each workspace can download a self-serve compliance export covering members, audit log entries, and consent history.
Free to start. No credit card required. Connect QuickBooks in under two minutes.
